Student Basic Needs

At SUNY FMCC, we are committed to ensuring our students have the resources to achieve their full potential. We define basic needs as the essential resources that impact your health, academic performance, and overall well-being.

Raiders Relief Food Pantry

Food insecurity has increasingly become an issue on college campuses and can pose a significant barrier to student success. Many students come to campus with limited resources and little experience managing their needs. Hunger makes it difficult to study, sleep, or engage in academics and social activities at the same level as peers. If our students’ physiological needs are not being met, it ultimately decreases the chances of meeting their full potential and their overall student experience at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

How & When to use the pantry

Students and employees who wish to access the Raiders Relief Food Pantry are welcome and encouraged to visit L-100N in the Library Building once a week. Please bring your FMCC ID.  You will be asked to sign in upon arrival.
