Christie Davis is the Director of External Partnerships and Applied Learning at SUNY Fulton-Montgomery Community College. She has been an academic advisor since 2007. Christie has worked with students from all backgrounds, including high school early admission Seniors and adult evening and online students. Beginning in 2021, she began focus working with employed workers who are upgrading their skill set through education and coursework as well as On-the-Job Training with local employers and agencies. Christie is also the Internship Coordinator and the Individual Studies Site Coordinator, securing hands-on learning opportunities for students in all majors. She leads the Business & Community Partnerships Team at FM and assists companies with workforce development initiatives.

Pam McCall started at FMCC in October 2023 as the Associate Dean of Retention, Success and Opportunity Grants. In September 2025 Pam is now our Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Pam was previously with SUNY Schenectady County Community College for the last nine years. Pam served as the Interim Dean of Academic Affairs for the last year and a half. She also held the position of Director of College & High School Partnerships and was also a Site Coordinator. Prior to that, Pam held administrative positions at Edgewood and Skidmore Colleges. Pam grew up on the island of Puerto Rico and currently manages/coaches her daughters' 8U travel softball team and serves as President of the PTA.

Mr. Grande has been teaching at FM since the fall of 1996. Before FM, he taught for three years at Catonsville Community College, now part of the Community Colleges of Baltimore County. He also worked as a graduate teaching assistant at UAlbany.
He has taught most of the math courses offered at FM. They include Contemporary Mathematics, Introduction to Statistics, Elementary Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, and Ordinary Differential Equations. In addition to teaching, he is an academic adviser and serves on the Assessment and Safety Committees. He has chaired the Mathematics Division, served on the Student Life Committee, and was the faculty adviser to the Ski Club.
He is a member of the New York State Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges (NYSMATYC) and the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New York State (AMTNYS).
