Ms. Spencer has been employed at SUNY FMCC in a variety of previous positions including Director of International Student & ESL Programs, Director for Student Support Services, and Associate Dean for Student Affairs & International Partnerships. A former FMCC student herself, Ms. Spencer enjoys meeting and assisting our students to successfully navigate their college career. She lives in Mayfield NY and is a graduate of Mayfield Central School.

Katherine Norman is the Coordinator of Accessibility, Counseling and Alternative Testing Services at FMCC. For the past year, Kathy was an Equal Opportunity Specialist with the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Previously, she served as the Director of Accessibility Services at Russell Sage for more than 21 years. Prior to that, Kathy has held administrative and faculty positions at Siena College, Fulton County, Empire State College, and St. Mary's Hospital. Kathy and her husband enjoy traveling, music, the theater, the visual arts and their two Shetland Sheep dogs, Oliver and Lennox.

Pam McCall started at FMCC in October 2023 as the Associate Dean of Retention, Success and Opportunity Grants. Pam was previously with SUNY Schenectady County Community College for the last nine years. Pam served as the Interim Dean of Academic Affairs for the last year and a half. She also held the position of Director of College & High School Partnerships and was also a Site Coordinator. Prior to that, Pam held administrative positions at Edgewood and Skidmore Colleges. Pam grew up on the island of Puerto Rico and currently manages/coaches her daughters' 8U travel softball team and serves as President of the PTA.
