Scott Collins is the Registrar at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.  Mr. Collins received his Bachelors of Music Degree in Composition from the Berklee College of Music and his Master of Fine Arts in Multi-Focus Guitar Performance from the California Institute of the Arts.
